The march towards freedom

One man’s revolutionary is another man’s freedom fighter. The ‘Dandi March’ or the ‘Salt Satyagraha’, portrayed in this fantastic life-size painting at the Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad, is one chapter in the struggle for Indian independence that put a dent in the fabric of history and forced the erstwhile British ‘Raj’ to take notice.
